About me

A boss once described me as ‘a cross between Mother Teresa and Superwoman’. True or not I can certainly offer huge experience – over 15-year senior executive level PA experience from a varied background, ranging from Sainsburys Head Office, Guardian Media Group – Hed Kandi and JazzFM, Capital Radio to MTV International – a vast knowledge of solid secretarial skills. I seek to provide the highest level of support by being proactive, efficient and effective. I thrive at the challenge of bringing a project to completion.

I’m self-motivated and enthusiastic about getting the job done.  My aim is to be a genuine extension of your business.

“Over the last year working with Carol we’ve discovered the advantages of a virtual assistant – we benefit from flexible, ‘on tap’ support in a way that suits our small creative studio. Our fears, that virtual might mean anonymous or impersonal, or inconsistency through lack of presence in the studio, have faded. Carol brings warmth and personality, and a consistent, professional level of support. Even though she’s not a regular presence in our office, she’s a strong and reliable part of our team also for our clients and it’s been a real pleasure to work with her”.

“Carol provides a professional service in supporting E2E Events with their administration.  Carol efficiently keeps our client and supplier database and spreadsheets up-to-date and supports our marketing campaigns and client pitches.  Nothing is too much trouble and coupled with her organisational skills and warm personality makes it a pleasurable experience.  I would highly recommend Carol and her virtual PA services in supporting any business”.

“I have known Carol as a neighbour for many years. When I needed help she was there to support and encourage me and I am pleased to say that becoming a client was the best decision I could have made. She is a total professional and puts order into my life when I most need it.”

When it comes to impeccable administrative support you need three things: manners, organisation, and intelligence. Good manners, sadly scarce these days, make a massive impact, particularly when direct client contact is a part of one’s professional life. Without organisational skills, the modern executive is sunk – a skilled administrative assistant ensures organisational standards are maintained to the highest level. Intelligence is perhaps the most important characteristic. It is intelligence that separates a good assistant from the great one. A great assistant uses this intelligence to predict a professional need before anyone else notices and reacts accordingly. Carol Cole has all three of these key attributes – does yours?

Carol is a legend. She is incredibly organised, managed my diary, all my admin and helped ‘free up my time’ when I was juggling projects and travelling regularly. I can’t recommend her enough.
